We are not VAT-registered (Slovenian ZDDV-1). Prices are final; no VAT is charged.

2. Services

MotionMind provides business consulting, digital tools (apps / OS), monthly access plans, credit packs and e-learning courses. Details and prices are on Pricing and Shop.

3. Monthly plans

• A monthly plan covers the selected period (usually 1 month), unless the invoice states otherwise.
• Renewal is not automatic: the next month requires a new order/invoice unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Access may be limited or suspended if an invoice is not paid within the agreed term (manually / by agreement).

4. Credits

• Credits are digital usage units inside MotionMind apps / OS (e.g. lead research, content drafts).
• App plans include monthly credits; top-up packs can be purchased separately.
• Credits are granted after the invoice is paid; we track the balance in our system (on your contact record).
• Unused credits from a monthly plan generally do not roll over automatically, unless agreed otherwise (e.g. on the invoice). Top-up packs remain on your balance until used or until access ends by agreement.
• Credits are not cash, are not transferable to third parties, and are generally non-refundable after access ends.

5. Payments

Preferred payment today: bank transfer (SEPA) to our IBAN with the payment reference on the invoice. Payment term is stated on the invoice (default 15 days unless agreed otherwise). Card payments (Stripe etc.) may be added later.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You can stop a monthly plan by not ordering / not paying the next period. An already started and paid period is generally non-refundable.
• For EU consumers (B2C), a 14-day withdrawal right may apply to distance contracts — except where the service has been fully performed with your prior consent. Contact [email protected].
• Courses and already consumed credits are generally non-refundable.

7. Access and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Tools support your work; business decisions remain yours. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service in the last 12 months, except where law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is on this page. Existing orders follow the terms agreed at purchase / on the invoice, unless law requires otherwise.
