Before you begin

A Windows PC and OBS Studio
Two or more cameras facing you from your screens
A corresponding OBS scene for each camera
DistroAV / NDI configured for the camera feeds
The MotionFlow 3.0 installer and build-specific instructions

Check before going live

Test both camera feeds in OBS. Look toward each camera and confirm the correct scene becomes active. Keep manual OBS controls available while checking your setup.

Video analysis stays on your PC. A separate cloud service or MotionFlow account is not required.
